a good way to gauge how we're doing. Please, do not hesitate to let us know if

you weren't satisfied - if we did something wrong or your expectations weren't met -

let us know so that we can work to fix it. Offers may both be completed to earn a

maximum of 2 (two) 5% off discount coupons that never expire. These coupons are

not applicable to system design, installation or consultation services (rentals

and box good sales only). If referring a friend, both you and the person you are

referring will receive the 5% off discount coupon via the method you provide.

-RESTRICTIONS-

*Coupons can NOT be applied retro-actively. In other words, if you rented something

last week but only today filled out one of these incentives, you can not receive a refund

for the 5% difference on the already completed service. 5% OFF COUPONS EARNED WITH

TESTIMONIALS OR REFERRALS CAN NOT BE USED ON SYSTEM DESIGNS, INSTALLATIONS

OR CONSULTATION. Coupons can be used in addition to any automatic promotions where

the discount is applied automatically without a physical coupon or coupon reference. For

example, we often run automatic discounts on our rental equipment. If we have an auto

discount promotion going on, you may still use the 5% additional discount on top

of the current auto promotion. However, you may NOT double up coupons - only one coupon/

discount may be used per transaction.
