Environmental Policy

We want to commit the effort today to prevent our children and their children

from dealing with corrupted resources.

We have instituted a recycling program here to help do whatever necessary to

recycle or reuse as much as possible.

We'd like to help you too. Here's how you can help:

If you purchase a replacement product from us and plan to toss out your old equipment – let us

know and we'll remove it for you and send it off to be recycled or disposed of properly. We are

extending this policy to projection lamps that you may have not purchased from us, but have

replaced through us.

GENERAL ELECTRONICS

Many electronics have hazardous materials such as Lead or Mercury. You should not simply

throw these items into the trash can as they will end up in a landfill and eventually leak these

harmful materials into the soil and water supply.

LAMPS

Lamps are hazardous products and need to be treated with great care. Some glass bulbs

are pressurized to extreme levels containing hazardous chemicals such as Mercury,

all housed in glass. Please ensure the item is safely packaged when shipping.

If you just need information on how to dispose of an item yourself, we'd be glad to help...

just send us an email and we'll send you back whatever information we have to help.

Please let us know that you are planning on having our team remove the old equipment

at the time we are on site. However much we want to avoid hurting the environment,

we can't make special trips just to pick up disposed of equipment... that's a whole other

industry (not to mention, it would contribute the emissions of an extra trip)!

WHAT WE DO: Recycle & Reuse boxes for incoming and outbound shipments, participate

in recycling programs to properly dispose of electronic equipment, duplex printing when

possible, communicating via electronic form, and more!

NOTE:   There may be small fees or shipping costs associated with recycling your equipment. We do not want

to represent this program as "free," however, it may not incur any charges. This is dealt with case by case.

We do not make any profit from this program.
